hi friend today I am come with you my new video how to how to make a banana smoothie you only need five ingredients this is perfect for breakfast an afternoon snack or for serving kids you can even make this ahead of time freeze it and save for later so easy how to make a banana smoothie you only need five ingredients a whole banana is used for this try to use one that’s sweet and ripe an unripe banana will taste chalky then we add half of an orange a little yogurt and water or milk dairy or non-dairy simply add everything into a blender blend until smooth and enjoy what you’ll need for the smoothie 1 1 cup water 2 1/2 cup fresh banana slices 3 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt for 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter 5 1 tbsp chia seeds directions roughly chopped banana and orange quarters then add to a blender top with yogurt and the water or milk turn blender on and blend until creamy and smooth taste then adjust with honey if needed you then combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well tip you can pre slice your banana and freeze that way all you need to do pop the ingredients into your blender in the morning and best of all the frozen bananas adds a little zing to your smoothie if you like my this video please subscribe my channel thank you for watch or watch
